Shadow Ridge Armory

Many projects I should be working on. Instead sitting outside the shop listening to Randy Travis, enjoying some cooler weather and hanging out with C**T. Not a bad life. Carry on people. :-)

More puppy keychains! Fun to make….

Happy Sunday!

Spent most of the day forging hardware for a cannon build (sadly…not my cannon). You truly meet the most interesting people blacksmithing! Part of my compensation is to get to fire it when he gets everything assembled!

Now back to researching what a cannon barrel will cost me. LOL

One day blade! Practice day for a knife clinic I’m going to host here at the home forge! Looking at the 10/30-10/31 (two 4 hour sessions). Very limited number of spots. Message if you’re interested. Everyone will walk away w a fully forged / functional blade! :-)

Happy Sunday!

Cooler night…..getting some work done in the shop! This is the main forging area (forge, induction forge, press, power hammer, anvils and so on). Hammer Time!

Fun day yesterday working on a group AABA project w Jaime Escobedo. Lots of hammering for this section of the project (decorative candle holder). I always learn a lot w Jaime Escobedo!

Haven’t used Blood Wood in a while. Fresh out of a linseed soak. Looking pretty rad. :-)

Happy Saturday!

Damascus skull Keychain (cutoff from a knife project). This shop doesn’t waste material…. :-)
