Syphilis can be hard to spot, and symptoms may not always appear. The only way to know your status is to get tested.

Free syphilis and HIV testing is available at The Source every first and third Friday from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM by Altura Centers for Health. No judgment, just care. Stop by and know your status.

10 Years of Pride Visalia is on the horizon.

A decade ago, Pride Visalia began as a humble community gathering in the old Lumber Yard. Now, thanks to the work of our volunteers, commitment of our vendors, generosity of our sponsors, and to the incredible community members who show up year after year, Pride Visalia has grown into the one of the largest Pride celebration in the South Valley.

We hope you'll join us at Valley Strong Ballpark on October 17, 2026, for our 10th annual Pride Visalia.

We are 88% there! We can't say thank you enough to the 86 donors who gave OUT for the next 10 for Give OUT Day. Thanks to generous community members like you, we can continue our work providing vital services and programs for the Central Valley.

We still have room on this special celebratory illustration. If you want to be a part of our 10-year anniversary forever, consider leaving a gift and adding your name to this artwork. We are SO close to reaching our $15,000 goal for Pride Month.

Once we reach our goal, this artwork will be printed and available for donors and community members to take a piece of The Source with them forever. Be a part of something special: giveoutday.org/thesourcelgbt

We’re about halfway through Pride Month. During June, LGBTQ+ messaging is everywhere: love is love, be proud of who you are, and stand in solidarity with your community.

But Pride doesn’t end in June.

In July, a transgender person will need help navigating the scarce transition resources available in the Central Valley, and The Source will be here. 60 transgender people have found support in our programs this year.

In August, a youth who doesn’t feel like they fit in at school will need a place to find community, and The Source will be here. 63 youth have found support through our programs this year.

In September, someone living with HIV will need help, and The Source will be there to provide case management, medication access, food security assistance, and more.

Help us stay here for the next person who walks through our doors: giveoutday.org/thesourcelgbt
