Animal enthusiasts of all ages are welcome to enjoy activities, reptiles, crafts, and so much more on our first Animal Appreciation Day! This program takes place in the children's area of the Visalia Library on Tuesday, 7/7/2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm.

Community groups in attendance include: Tule Elk State Nature Reserve, Fresno Aquarium, Forest Service, and the Visalia Literacy Center.

*In-person registration for Reptile Ron begins 6/30 at the children’s desk.

Translation: Are you ready to learn to draw Anime Your Way?
(We know that's not actually the translation) Drop by our "Anime Your Way" Workshop for teens with Carlos Nieto III on Friday, July 10 at 1:30pm.
*Ages 13-17*
Carlos has worked on shows such as "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill" along with working for studios such as Disney and Universal. You won't want to miss this class!

We had a blast at our bubble dance party! Did you?
We had a chance to break in all of the new bubble toys, and managed to stay cool in the shade! Bubbles everywhere and great music too!
