Happy 100 Classes to Tu Anh!
Congrats to Tu Anh on her 100 classes! Tu Anh has been taking class consistently since she started Bar Method. It was clear she was working hard in class—she was able to find her shake right away in our exercises. She’s been committed to taking class and any time there was a challenge, Tu Anh was actively participating and reaching challenge and class goals. It’s been inspiring to watch her growth in a short period of time!
We learned that Tu Anh does love her glute work and Standing Seat and B Squats seemed to be a good way to ensure we gave her and her glutes some love in class. She specifically asked for glutes dancing, too - that will do it!
Tu Anh, we love the energy and hard work you bring to each class! So happy to have you in our bar family! Congrats on your 100th class!

Congrats to Crystal on 100 classes!
We are so happy that we had the opportunity to celebrate Crystal and her 100 classes! It was clear from her first class that Crystal works hard—she’s focused, determined, and committed to finding her shake. If you’ve taken class with her, you know that she’s pushing herself to hold her good form. Her movements are small and controlled and it’s been awesome watching Crystal grow stronger with each class. Therefore, it was not surprising to learn that Crystal enjoys using the slider and loves tough seat work! We made sure to bring out the slider and knew we had to come up with a challenging set (2 sets of course!) of seat work today. We also love that Cystal has pushed herself to start her pushups on her toes. It is true-you are getting stronger with each and every rep! Last week, Crystal shared her love for Bar Method with her sister and brought her to class, which was awesome! With her busy schedule, we are so happy to have Cystal in class when she can take class.
Crystal, congrats on your100th class! We loved having the opportunity to recognize you and your dedication to Bar Method! Thank you for working so hard in every class and inspiring those around you! We are thrilled you found the Bar Method and are a part of our community. Congrats!

Ana is coming to town!!
Woohoo! We are so excited to welcome Ana back to Visalia! Some of you may remember Ana, who visited our studio back in the summer of 2023 and taught some fabulous classes at the studio. She’s back for more and there’s 100% chance of her classes being just as challenging as they were back then, if not more! Ana has been teaching Bar Method for almost 10 years (she teaches currently at the lovely ) and been a devoted client since she started (like 3300+ classes taken!). You can expect Ana’s classes to be thoughtful, challenging, and carefully planned to ensure you receive a full-body workout. Her goal is to challenge you, support you, and make sure you leave class feeling stronger every time.
You will see Ana’s name on the schedule the week of June 15. There are some pop-up classes next week and we encourage you to sign up in advance so we can plan accordingly! We also need your help with a few of the schedule changes we made to accommodate the summer schedule! So please let us know if you are fans of the 10:30am and 4:30pm class times so we know what to keep on the schedule for the summer.
