School’s Out but Shabbat Never Stops!

Before candle lighting our community gathered for a festive celebration, our local Shinshinim kept the spirits high, and everyone enjoyed a great dinner (with no dishes)!

On Friday, before candle lighting, we gathered together to celebrate Yom Yerushalayim! We played trivia, wrote prayer cards for our DIY Kotel, and enjoyed amazing Israeli food together.

It was a beautiful evening of our community coming together to celebrate this very special day. 🇮🇱

This Sunday Temple Emanuel was honored to participate alongside area synagogues and organizations to unite under one roof for an afternoon of fun and education for Yom HaAzmaut!

We took kids of all ages on an imaginary “tour of Israel” in our interactive booth that brought that flavors, tradition, and fun facts together in a little take-home passport book everyone would doodle in, stamp up, and add some very cool stickers to! Can’t wait for next year! 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱
