Mira has been with PT2Go for over 4 years now, providing a patient centered, research based, highly effective approach to our clients. She conducts treatments for our Norfolk population in addition to teaching and mentoring future DPTs at Old Dominion University DPT

Congrats to PT2Go owner, Matthew Fiano, on being selected as to Old Dominion University Alumni Association’s 40 Under 40 Recognition Program — a group of notable ODU alumni who are trailblazers in their fields and have made exceptional contributions to society, all before the age of 40.

This cohort is the sixth class to be honored by the ODUAA and were selected based on rigorous criteria for demonstrating excellence in their fields, making an impact in their communities and for achievement in business, research and education.

Our Eighth !
We traveled to Wilmington, Delaware this past April to take part of the Delaware Running Festival! This race was urban, hilly, and also very cold and slightly rainy this year! We had members run the 5k, 10k, and half marathon. Training plans had to be adapted to accommodate the hills since we live in such a flat area!
Fun fact: Hill training can actually improve your overall running form and encourages a midfoot strike versus a heel strike! Try running up a hill on your heels…not so easy!
Delaware fun facts: George Washington crossed the Delaware River years ago on Christmas night to win a key battle in the Revolutionary War. However, he crossed the Delaware river not in Delaware; but Pennsylvania!

PT2Go is looking for an experienced PTA and PT to join the team!

Our PTA position will be for house calls in Chesapeake. Competitive pay and flexible hours!

Our PT position will be for in clinic at our Virginia Beach office with a pay per visit rate.

PT2Go in the Community: Our pediatric PT, Chelsea, volunteered with C.A.T.S recently for one of their Mini Scrub events.

Children’s Assistive Technology Service accepts donated adaptive equipment, cleans items, and provides those items at no cost to families in Virginia. They have locations in Richmond, Roanoke, and Hampton Roads.

10 pieces of equipment were cleaned at the Hampton Roads Mini Scrub that took place on January 24th and now these items can be added to inventory for families to use.

Congrats to Chrissy on her level 2 coaching certification! Continuing education is key to providing excellent, up to date care. This is a priority of PT2Go.
