🌱 The best salads start with the best farms. 🌱
This bowl is packed with the freshest flavors of the season, built from ingredients grown just down the road.
Mixed greens and kale ribbons tossed in our house ranch, topped with charred broccolini, shaved hakurei turnips, French breakfast radishes, sweet May peas, shaved onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, smoked Hub’s peanuts, and a generous scoop of roasted garlic feta.
A huge shoutout to our friends at Fritillary Farm for the beautiful broccolini, turnips, kale and radishes, and to Cromwell’s Produce for the sweet May peas that make this salad sing.
