Nothing better then hanging out with my guys when I have spare time 💪📦 yes I get in the trenches with them....what good leader doesn't? I move boxes and bring humor all in one 🤣 I promise they like me!

Days like today make me appreciate my guys so much more....its hot, my arms hurt, and I need a nap. 🤣 but I'm out here unscrewing beds. 👀💃

Today as the guys were loading up one family for their next chapter, I looked up on their porch and saw a beautiful bird incubating its eggs. 🐦‍⬛

It hit me....life is full of these turning points. One family moves on to a new beginning, while a new little family is just about to hatch. It’s a beautiful reminder that every transition, every move, carries a new story.
