There is no better feeling than giving back to the community! MileOneCares, Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD), and the Virginia Beach Fire Department all came together to distribute 233 car seats to growing families in Hampton Roads. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped distribute and carry car seats, provided education on proper car seat installation, and help make a difference in the community! This contribution comes directly from the hearts of our staff members who wanted to show their gratitude for our military community here in Hampton Roads. The COMMIT Foundation empowers military veterans and their families to create purposeful and meaningful transitions back into civilian life by providing personalized programs, resources, and the support of their community. Shawn Allen has worked for Hall a total of 12 years. Here is what his manager, Dave Pickett, had to say: Shawn Allen just qualified to travel to California to compete in Hondas Top Skills challenge. The Honda Top Skills Competition takes only the top 1% of all Honda Technicians; a prestigious, timed event where technicians compete to demonstrate superior technical and customer service skills. The national competition involves intense diagnostics, repairs, and role-playing scenarios to prove their expertise in fixing vehicles right the first time. Congratulations to Shawn and good luck!
