In this latest collaborative gathering, our team members shared best practices, exchanged ideas and expanded on new ways to continue elevating their residents' experiences. These leaders pride themselves on owning a seamless, efficient make-ready process that ensures our future and prospective residents have the move-in they deserve.

These roundtable meetings are vital to keeping our teams connected across our company, and its inspiring to see the effort and pride these leaders put into their hard work. ❤️
