Our newest Sales Team members just wrapped up their second week of training, and we are already loving the energy they bring!

It has been so much fun getting to know them, seeing their curiosity shine, and watching them jump right in with such a great attitude. Their excitement has been contagious, and we are so happy to have them as part of the team.

Root beer floats and hot dogs were a huge hit at our production facility today! 🌭🍦

On a hot day like today, it was the perfect way to cool down, and enjoy a little time together. Big thanks to Ron Baellow, our sales training and vendor relations expert, and the rest of the team for making it all happen.

Our production crew does so much every day, and this was just a sweet little way to say thanks. 😄

We love helping local brands bring their personality to life.

For Chicks Oyster Bar that meant creating merch that felt laid-back, coastal, and true to the Virginia Beach community they’re part of. From apparel to fun custom pieces, each item gave guests something to take home and gave the Chick’s brand another way to show up beyond the restaurant.

Chick’s is one example of how we help brands take an idea and turn it into products that feel true to who they are.

Our garden has become a small but meaningful part of our culture.It is one of our favorite places to get a little fresh air, and simply just enjoy a space our team cares for, shares, and grows together.

It serves as a daily reminder that what you nurture grows.

That philosophy shows up in the work we do every single day. Brands grow when they are treated with intention and consistency. At the end of the day, lasting growth takes care, patience, and the right environment.

The community we serve is the same one we call home. It’s where we live, work, and build relationships every. And giving back to it is just part of who we are.

Through our ongoing partnership with First Baptist Church of Norfolk, we donate surplus apparel from our production facility to support their outreach efforts. Each donation helps stock the church’s clothing pantry, where people can come in and get what they need at no cost.

And honestly, the work they’re doing there is truly amazing.

First Baptist Church of Norfolk has been serving the community for generations, and the care they provide goes beyond clothing. Every weekend, they open their doors to offer food, apparel, hygiene products, baby formula, and even access to shower facilities for those in need.

What really stands out is how in tune they are with the community, responding to real, immediate needs. From their weekly outreach to stepping up during the government shutdown to support TSA agents and their families, their impact is felt in so many ways.

They’re also investing in the future through education and programs that continue to uplift and strengthen our community.

We’re grateful to play even a small part in supporting what they do—helping make sure what we produce can go beyond its original purpose and into the hands of people who truly need it.

There’s nothing quite like seeing curiosity come to life.

We loved having these young learners stop by our production facility for a true behind-the-scenes look at our process. They got to see the teamwork, creativity, and craftsmanship that goes into everything we make.

Moments like this are the perfect reminder of why we do what we do. Here’s to keeping the creative spark alive!

This Memorial Day, we pause with grateful hearts.

Here in Hampton Roads, service and sacrifice are woven into the very fabric of our community. We live and work alongside veterans, active-duty service members, and military families who understand the true weight of this day.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, their legacy, and the families who carry their memory will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
