Hello Friends ! As you know we closed the business on 12-31-12. Time has passed, and there are New Owners that have bought the building. They are a catering company named High Tide Catering, and they are re-opening, and it will be called The Landing at West Neck. They plan to do lunch and dinner during the week, and brunch on the week-ends. Be sure to like them on FB, so you don't miss the updates and Grand Opening !!

WE had a good crowd show up today, unfortunately, the majority of bidders wanted the equipment, and not the real estate. Not sure what the game plan will be, but we will keep you posted. Everything happens for a reason :-)

In case you missed it, we had a full page ad in the Beacon today, telling about the auction. It will be held July 30th at noon at the restaurant. Inspections are the 16th and 23rd. Guess what today is also......Frank and Dottie Cirino's 72nd WEDDING ANNIVERSARY !!! I spoke to them today, they are both fine. Dottie is using a wheel chair some now, but they send their love to all. God Bless Them Both......93 and still going strong

On July 30th, at noon, The Anchor Inn Restaurant will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Tranzon Auctions will conduct the auction. It will be 3 different ones, if desired. The Inventory, the "Shell of the building itself ", or the whole Restaurant, as is (building and inventory). We had many interested parties in renting, but the partners felt it was time to move on in different directions. Please share with your friends. Just got off the phone with Frank and Dotty Cirino. She turned 93 TODAY

As many of you know, we were at Marina Shores for 7 years. The best thing that happened to us was having Dean "Peanut" Dayton there each and ever day. He was the operations manager at Marina Shores, but goodness, how he LOVED the Anchor Inn. He was our backbone, and how he could make us laugh :-) He would have been 54 today

Last night, Frank (he's 93) called. Seems that Dotty's (she's 92) hearing aid had been bothering her, so she took it out. Frank had laid her pills out, and GUESS WHAT ?, she swallowed her pills and her hearing aid. I swear I laughed for 1/2 an hour :-) She is fine, took her for an x-ray, they are still looking for it :-) It is a tiny aid, and she is not in any danger. They TRULY made my day...we laughed and laughed !! God Bless The Anchor Inn Love Bugs
