Every day, Food Rescue US volunteers across the country show up to rescue food, fight waste, and feed their communities. From trunk loads of produce to early morning pickups, they make our mission possible.

To every volunteer who has ever loaded a box, made a delivery, or signed up for a rescue: this week is for you. We're so grateful.

What an incredible 2025! This year, our community rescued a staggering 42,236,602 pounds of food across 143,081 rescues nationwide. We are so grateful for the 6,009 new rescuers who joined our mission to help meet the rising needs of families across America. Thank you for being part of the movement to end food waste and hunger! Need for nourishing food has never been greater - let's keep this momentum going together into 2026!
