We’re also recognizing Blair, who many would describe as the heart of Fairfield Elementary School.

As a school counselor, she goes above and beyond to meet the social and emotional needs of her students while making sure no child feels forgotten.

She helps provide food for students during weekends and long breaks, organizes Thanksgiving food baskets for families in need, and leads efforts like the Star Tree program to help make sure children receive gifts during Christmas.

Behind the scenes, Blair wears countless hats and works tirelessly to support students, families, teachers, and staff.

Her kindness, compassion, and dedication have touched countless lives throughout the community.

But what many people don’t know is that Lionel also dedicates his time to educating the next generation.

He’s led workshops teaching kids how to code, how to use AI responsibly, and how technology can be used to improve businesses and create opportunities. He’s spoken at colleges like NSU and ECPI and recently shared his knowledge at NoodleCon.

He’s an amazing business partner, an incredible friend, and someone who genuinely wants to see others win.

We’re also recognizing Tay Gray, an exceptionally positive and uplifting individual who consistently pours into the community.

She was nominated by one of her homies who shared how she’s continued to push forward through uncertainty, empower women, build meaningful relationships with her clients, and prove that it’s possible to start a business even when the path isn’t always clear.

Her positivity, determination, and willingness to encourage others deserve to be celebrated 🌹

💙 Khristal

We’re also recognizing Khristal, an amazing mother, music teacher, and community leader.

Every day she pours into the next generation by teaching music to students from kindergarten through fifth grade, helping them develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills through recitals and opportunities to shine.

As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also a roller derby queen with more than 10 years of experience and continues giving back by mentoring, teaching, and being a positive role model for others.

We’re also recognizing Jacquelyn for her incredible work serving others both locally and globally.

Through her work with SPG Children’s Home and her nonprofit efforts, she’s helped provide critical resources to communities in need. One of the most inspiring examples is helping support a village in Ghana that previously lacked access to water and electricity.

She’s also a pastor here in Virginia, continually serving families, encouraging others through faith, and helping improve lives through action.
