As COVID-19 continues to impact all of us, SPC remains committed to keeping our employees and clients as safe and healthy as possible.

We remain operational, however we are implementing an “Employees Only” policy to reduce the amount of exposure to our team. If it is imperative that you have a face-to-face meeting, clients/visitors will be allowed entry by appointment only.

Well, he's at it again. Our fearless leader, Carter Sinclair, has once again initiated a volunteer event: Carter is asking for pledges, per kilometer (KM) walked, to raise funds for Chanco on the James, an Episcopal Retreat Center. He will be walking on October 5th in Virginia Beach and is trying to reach his goal of 65 KM on that day. YOUR PARTICIPATION can be walking with him on different legs (maps are included in the link below), pledging money for the campaign, and overall positive support for this endeavor. Oh, and this is how he is celebrating his 65th Birthday!!

Giving back to our community; Carter Sinclair is always there when needed. He and others from church put in new windows and built new steps for a family on the Eastern Shore. And it looks like a window caught him by surprise!

Did you know?.....not only is he a great engineer, he can play the guitar and sing!!

Carter Sinclair returned from FEMA training in San Jose, California at the Ames NASA Facility. Sinclair was trained by Alan Fisher in testing building shoring systems, building mapping in Hazmat and crawl space conditions, tabletop exercises for rapid building triage including earthquake assessments and wide area searches.

Carter Sinclair provided mentorship to John Kelly who is graduating this May from Old Dominion University. John is going into the Reserves after graduation, but we hope to catch him after his assignment! Congratulations, John Kelly!
