For BTS and their fandom, ARMY, the Purple Ocean is one of the most powerful symbols of their mutual bond.

Visually, it refers to the stunning sight of an entire stadium illuminated in a massive sea of glowing purple lights during a live concert. This effect is created by tens of thousands of fans holding up Army Bombs 💜💣
