We are seeking a *full time* FINANCE LEAD to perform daily financial operations, develop strategies, and provide strategic guidance to support company health & growth.

Key Roles:
*Manage A/R, A/P, payroll, reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting
*Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with company objectives
*Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision making
*Assess pricing strategies & operational efficiency
*Evaluate profitability & guide growth planning

Minimum Qualifications:
*4+ years experience in agriculture industry, seed and/ or agronomy preferred
*Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics and/ or agriculture related program
*Excellent communication & leadership skills
*Ability to work with a high level or accuracy & attention to detail
*Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
*Knowledge & experience using Agvance accounting software and Quickbooks
