My passion for massage therapy was born through my own healing journey after a serious foot injury from a motorcycle accident. During recovery, massage therapy and bodywork became a powerful part of helping me reconnect with my body, reduce pain, and begin healing physically and emotionally. That experience changed my life and inspired me to become a massage therapist myself.

I’m also a creative at heart. I’ve been crocheting for over 40 years and enjoy woodworking, acrylic painting, and rock painting. Creativity has always been part of my healing journey, which is why I feel deeply connected to fellow crafters, artists, makers, and creative souls.

As an intuitive bodyworker and massage therapist trained in Hawaii, I create fully customized sessions designed around what your body needs that day. Every session blends intuition, mixed massage modalities, breath work, nervous system relaxation, and client-assisted movement when needed to help the body release tension naturally and restore balance.

Hot stones are included in every session to encourage deeper relaxation, improve circulation, and calm both body and mind.
