With our annual service contract you will get 2 visits (once in the spring/summer and once in the fall/winter) to check all components of your system and replace them before they break down in the heat! With your service contract you will get 10% off all repairs. We will tune up your A/C system by: cleaning the outdoor coil, checking refrigerant levels, checking for weak capacitor, checking amp draw on motors, drain pipe is cleared and treated, test operation of safety switches, duct/plenum connections checked/sealed. Proper maintenance of your HVAC system can prolong the life span of your unit, reduce the loss of efficiency inherent with aging and reduce the chances of system failures.
