Our team recently wrapped up a unique project at First Presbyterian Chapel in Fort Worth, working alongside Sunbelt Rentals to safely maneuver a 51-foot atrium lift inside the space to complete the work.

Projects like this aren’t just about equipment. They come down to planning, coordination, and a crew that knows how to solve problems in real time when the job gets complex.

What a week at the 2026 Associated General Contractors of Georgia Annual Convention in Sandestin!

We were proud to join construction leaders from across the state for a week focused on relationships, leadership, education, and the future of our industry.

Here’s a few highlights from the convention:

📍Kicking off with the annual golf tournament - The Raven Golf Club provided the perfect setting for great competition, networking, and conversation.

📍Celebrating our partnership with AGC Georgia - We were honored to be recognized as a Titanium Sponsor, continuing our long-standing support of the Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Inc. (AGC Georgia) mission to strengthen the construction industry through advocacy, workforce development, and leadership.

📍Recognizing an outstanding achievement - A special congratulations to our own Heath Brown, who was named the AGC Georgia Young Leadership Program Member of the Year! Heath’s dedication to developing the next generation of construction professionals has made a tremendous impact on both AGC Georgia and Harrison Contracting Company!

📍Hosting an unforgettable after party - We proudly sponsored the convention after party, where Are Friends Electric (AFE) kept the energy high all night long. It was one of the most memorable celebrations we’ve ever been part of!

📍Giving away a one-of-a-kind prize - Congratulations to Kelsey Schwarzer of West Construction, who won our autographed RED Guns N’ Roses guitar giveaway!

Today at the annual convention for the Associated General Contractors of Georgia, our Regional Director, Heath Brown, was recognized as the 2026 Young Leadership Program (YLP) Member of the Year.

Since becoming involved with YLP in 2021 and currently serving as Chair, Heath has consistently demonstrated what strong leadership looks like through his commitment to the industry, dedication to developing future leaders, and passion for building meaningful relationships across construction communities.

This recognition is a reflection of the impact he continues to make - not only within YLP, but across our company and industry as a whole.

One of our favorite traditions each summer is coming back to SCAD.

This year marks our 8th consecutive summer partnering with SCAD’s Savannah campus to help prepare residence halls for fall move-in. What’s made it even more meaningful over the years is the relationships we’ve built along the way and the familiarity that comes with returning to the same place and working toward the same goal each summer.

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued trust SCAD places in our team and always enjoy seeing familiar faces when we’re back on campus.

From coast to coast, our team is proud to support Stanton Optical!

Harrison Contracting recently completed a nationwide rollout across approximately 100 locations, spanning from California to the Carolinas, with around 120 exam rooms completed in just six weeks.

Our teams worked overnight within limited time windows to minimize disruption, completing 2–3 rooms in approximately three hours per location while helping keep normal business operations on track.

With varying room types and unique logistical needs at each location, this rollout required flexibility, coordination, and attention to detail every step of the way.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Stanton Optical and proud of our team for delivering quality and consistency across every location.

Memorial Day is a time to remember and honor those who gave everything for our country.

Our team recently had the opportunity to partner with the Tampa Sports Authority to complete facility enhancement work at Raymond James Stadium during the offseason, helping ensure this iconic venue is clean, refreshed, and ready to welcome fans back for the upcoming football season.

From high-traffic areas to key facility touchpoints, projects like this require careful coordination, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality - especially in a venue that plays such an important role in the fan experience. We’re proud to support ongoing maintenance efforts that help keep major facilities looking their best year after year.

A big thank you to our team for their hard work and professionalism throughout this project. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a recognizable stadium and to partner with the Tampa Sports Authority in supporting the continued care of this facility. We look forward to continuing to build strong relationships through dependable service, consistent communication, and quality results.
