Schooling Standards
Having evaluated the various designs available I have tried to come up with a schooling standard that is rigid, stable and of high quality.
Utilizing a cross base design with a double layer of 2x4’s provides a uniform ground contact that will not flex. The 4x4 support pieces at 45 degrees to the base and post ensures that the post is rigidly fixed to the base and provides vertical stability. Also, the use of these support materials at the base of the post result in a much lower center of gravity of the standard which increases the ove

Thank you everyone for showing your support to Custom Jumps by Mike. You will probably talk to me if you message him, as he hasn't quite got into Facebook yet! However, I think after a while he will decide it is good to answer messages himself! The jumps really are nice and he believes in making things to last! He looks for a new design every day, so don't be surprised if you see his version of the Olympic jumps, stadium and Cross Country, in the near future!
