After a long cure, 10lb pork belly is turning into bacon today.

So quiet and peaceful cooking over night. It's like camping but with delicious meat rewards.

Blue smoke rolling on this beautiful Sunday.

Back bacon sliced very thin. Tastes just like ham. Delicious. Will be adding to menu.
