Cancellation Policy PSA

Due to an influx of last minute cancellations you may have noticed most of our stylist have implemented a cancellation policy. With this please keep in mind each of our stylist are their own individual businesses therefore, there is not one policy that covers every stylist. We each have our own guidelines and fees so what one of us implements the other may not. Please refer to your stylist for what her specific policy is. You all have been very supportive and understanding of this and we are so thankful for our clients!!

Today we celebrate the salon being open 30 years!!! We’re so grateful to all our wonderful clients that keep us busy! Triska Bearden got us started 30 years ago and we are so grateful to still be going strong!

It's hard to come up with the words for this post, but here we are. You never think that one of your own would have to hear that they have cancer. Cancer can be a scary and very stressful time. And, so we would like to help lighten the load of our dear friend.

Due to the governors latest address we will
be re-opening this Friday the 24th!!!
While we are thrilled to get everyone in we still want to exercise as much caution as we can. To do this we need some help from our wonderful clients.
1- Please come in right at your appointment time. If you arrive early you can call or text your stylist to see if their chair is empty and you can come in.
2- Come alone to your appointment. In order to comply with the rules we need to
Keep the amount of clients in the salon to a minimum.
3- Please only come in the front door if your stylist is in the front and the back door if your stylist is working in the back, this will cut down on flow of people through the salon.
4- Take your temperature before you come in. If you have any fever please let your stylist know.

We have all missed being in the salon and taking care of our clients. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we have navigated these unfamiliar waters!! We can’t wait to see you all!!

It was with a heavy heart that we have closed our doors. Due to the shelter in place ordered for Carroll county we will temporarily be closed. The safety of our clients and stylist are very important and we want to do our part in stopping the spread. When we are comfortable that it is safe again to open we will let everyone know. Until then, just say no to those scissors and box color 😉

As new information continues to come in around public safety we want you to know the precautions we are taking to insure your well-being and the health of our team. We will still be following the strict salon guidelines enforced by the state of Georgia but have added many systems of our own.

⁃ Between clients we are switching out our capes and combs. We will also be Lysoling our station between guests.
⁃ Hourly, we are wiping all door handles, contact surfaces, and other equipment.
⁃ Salon grade Barbicide is being used to clean & sanitize all of our equipment.
⁃ We have removed all magazines and toys from the waiting areas and hair drying stations.

What you can do as a guest to help us out:
⁃ if you or anyone in your household has been sick or running a fever, please reschedule your appointment with your stylist.
⁃ If you have traveled in the last 30 days please communicate that with your stylist.
⁃ Please show up for your appointment time only. We would like to limit the amount of people in the salon as best as possible.

We love our community and want to do the best that we can do to serve you and keep your health as a major priority to us. We will continue to stay open regular hours. We will do as much as possible to keep your trust in our salon because that is something we do not take lightly!
