We got a call from a long time customer, he was having smoking issues.

It was the first time he lit a fire for the season.

During our visit he told us he had called another company earlier this year because we were scheduling weeks in advance.

Needless to say, he paid them for a cleaning & this is what we found.

Luckily he called us because this could've been a major burn.

It is very important you hire experienced sweeps.

Below are before and after pictures. The before is how we found it. The after is after we cleaned it.

Before and after photos of a recent chimney that needed to be fixed and done the correct way. Chimney was leaking bad. The before photo was done by "profesional" installers. Moral of the story is always check up and in on the people you have installing things especially things that could potentially burn your house down if not installed correctly!
