S.O.S BBQ

We've been tossing around the idea of doing pre-order only. Full racks and half racks of ribs, full and whole butt (shredded or not), half or whole brisket, small or large pans of sides (mac and cheese, cowboy baked beans, slow cooked country green beans) and possibly cakes and specials. We won't do this unless we get a good response.

We are saddened to hear about Charles Arrington passing today. What a great soul he was. Had the pleasure to have a few conversations with him. Always knew it was him from that old truck he drove around. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be selling bbq for the Indefinite future. We sure will miss our customers! Thank yall for allowing me to share my passion with everyone. Sure has been a great ride ! Thank yall ! GOD Bless!

For those that end up with leftovers. Biscuits and gravy with with smoked brisket .mmmmmm. mmmmmm. Then there is the pulled pork sliders with beer cheese and bacon on Hawaiian sweet bread rolls. I won't lie... I ate some of both this morning lol

That little smoker was packed to the brim. Can't wait for the bigger one ( ugly betty) to be ready. We had a wonderful time at last night reception. What great people! Thank yall for the kind words.

Done deal! Rest and cut

Brisket is gone. Pulled pork is almost there. We still have chicken and ribs and ribs tips.

Burnt ends and chicken. Mmmm Mmmm
