These little red dots are called cherry hemangiomas (cherry angiomas).
They’re common. They’re benign. And a lot of people have more than one(some have them scattered across the chest, neck, arms, and torso.) They tend to show up more as we get older, and they’re not a sign you did something wrong.
They are tiny dilated vessels sitting close to the surface. That’s why they look so bright, and why they can catch on clothing or makeup and drive you crazy.
This one was treated with Nd:YAG laser, precise vessel targeting, surrounding skin left alone. Same tattoo. Same area. Spot gone.
If you’ve been covering them, picking at them, or just waiting for them to fade on their own… they usually don’t. The good news is they don’t have to stay.

The first slide is what you see in the mirror.
The second slide is the cross-polarized view — glare removed so you can see the redness and broken vessels sitting in the skin, not just on the surface.
After 1 session:
• Less flushing through the cheek
