Sharing information about Family-Match Assessment, you can reach at [email protected] or go to the website, www.family-match.org. This is a tool that measures key attributes of children and resource families to predict disruption in foster care placement. Assessments completed by prospective parents and families are scored and processed by a matching algorithm to determine which pairings of children and families are the least likely to disrupt. Caseworkers are then able to view families in the repository ranked by their degree of compatibility with the child(ren).
Family-Match - Adoption Foster Matching Family-Match is designed to promote placement stability by matching children in foster care with foster and adoptive families on markers of compatibility. Register to participate in our demonstration pilot today!

Here are some questions and answers about international adoption:
Q: I want to adopt a child I have identified in a foreign country. How do I complete the adoption and bring the child to the United States?
A: We recommend first contacting a US-based immigration attorney so that he or she can determine if the child qualifies for US immigration benefits (i.e. a Green Card). If the child qualifies for immigration benefits, The Datz Foundation will be happy to complete your adoption home study, which is required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Q: What is the expense involved?
A: Our fee for an international home study is $1,900. There are also modest fees for adoption training, child abuse clearances, and mileage for the social worker to drive to your house.
Q: Do I need to retain any other adoption agency?
A: Yes, you will need a so-called Primary Provider, a US-based adoption agency that is Hague-accredited This means an agency that has been approved by the Department of State to offer support to US citizens adopting from abroad. The fees charged by Hague-accredited agencies vary widely. We can give you referrals to such agencies.
This is a simplified explanation for a process that is complicated. We encourage you to contact us by phone or email for additional information.
