Turning a tight NW DC backyard into a private resort takes more than design, it takes precision, experience, and the right team.
This project is a full transformation. We’re expanding the usable space and building a custom pool and spa designed to feel like an escape, not just a backyard. Every detail is intentional from the floating deck that creates a clean, modern edge, to the stepping stones set through the water that guide you across the pool to a private sauna and outdoor shower. The 3 seasons room with a live green roof will polish off this incredible space.
It’s not just about adding features, it’s about creating an experience.
A place that feels like Bali, right in the middle of Washington DC.

The project is a monster! Designed and built by NRC, The project includes a 3000 SF deck with a 700 SF three seasons room, 2 outdoor kitchens, massive pool measuring 80 feet from spa to spa. Huge grotto, 2 spas, massive waterfall, 40’ swim up pool bar and so much more. Stay tuned!
