For those unfamiliar with our remote service, we can securely connect to your computer from our office and assist you, just as if we were there. You must have a working high-speed internet connection to use this service. Our rate for remote assistance is $1.75/minute (which is $52.50/half hour, compared to our $60/half hour on-site rate). We are limiting our on-site calls to hardware issues that are absolutely necessary.
