Congratulations to anh Việt Dũng and chị Lan Hương! Between the 2 of them, they teach 7 Integral Taichi (CK10) classes to seniors every week!

Here's are their pictures, taken at the Volunteer Solutions (VS) and Neighborhood and Community Services appreciation event. The last one was with Rodney Lusk, Franconia District Supervisor.

"A heartfelt thank you from Volunteer Solutions (VS) and Neighborhood and Community Services to Jack and Lan Hoang, who have been sharing the art and spirit of Tai Chi since 2014 across various Fairfax County senior centers!

Their dedication and passion have helped many older adults reduce stress, improve balance, increase flexibility, gain strength, and other benefits.

Emily Swenson, VS supervisor, took a moment during our volunteer appreciation celebration to honor them for their contributions.

We are deeply grateful for the lasting impact they continue to have on our community."
