Brixtel Corporation is currently searching for an experienced, knowledgeable, and hands-on Program/Project Manager with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to lead a project team for a medium-sized Federal Program.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the Agile program support team for Enterprise Infrastructure Programs.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Project Management (schedule, communication, risk, stakeholder management, progress reporting, project closing with lessons learned, etc.)
· Ownership of the Agile schedules and artifacts
· Documentation and reviews of artifacts to ensure quality deliverables
· Frequent engagement and communication with program team members, application owners, and various stakeholders
· Additional responsibilities to ensure successful completion of the project
· Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Status updates (Dashboards) to the Program Management Office

The ideal candidate for this position will:

Possess strong Project Management skills and a willingness to learn and take ownership
Have the ability to operate in a complex professional environment with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across multiple organizations
Understanding of program-level strategic planning
Have the ability and flexibility to perform more than just defined project management activities
Have a track record of acting as the “point-person” for previous project or efforts
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary, confidential and classified information

Experience and Education Requirements:
8-10 years’ project management experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience)
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PgMP (desired)
Use of collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint)
Familiarity with Microsoft Project and processes (e.g. Risk Management Framework (RMF))
Risk Management
Quality Management
Experience with Government acquisition processes a plus
