The Loudoun Flexx 2028 girls came to us with one focus: be ready when the stage gets bigger.
With EYBL circuit play ahead, this wasn’t about running drills. It was about building athletes who can think faster, move sharper, and stay composed under pressure. First session in, and you can already see the shift. More intent. More communication. More edge.
At Quantum Movement, we don’t just prepare you for the game. We prepare you for the moment the game speeds up.
We’ve had the honor of working with from this offseason.
After battling a number of injuries throughout her career, Wiley took it upon himself to run a full “factory reset” on Julia’s movement. Our focus has been getting back to the basics: cleaning up movement patterns and finding optimal positions for deceleration and acceleration - because true athleticism starts with an athlete’s ability to manipulate their center of mass.
We’ve also been intentional about building Julia’s tissue tolerance to support long-term durability.
We’re super excited to watch her take this work into the field this season!
🚀 FORCE PLATE JUMP TESTING 💪🏼📈
Force plates help us see what the eye can’t. In a simple jump test such as the countermovement jump (CMJ), it’s not just “how high you jump”, it’s how you create and control force. Quick and reliable tests enable analysis of 100's of metrics that construct a unique movement profile for our athletes
A quick look at things like force, velocity, temporal variables, and asymmetries can inform us of the individual needs, injury risk, and even help guide return to play processes for injured athletes! It’s simple data with big impact: objective data ➡ better decisions ➡ smarter training
When athletes understand their numbers, they understand their bodies — and that builds real confidence in the work ahead.

Quantum Team always leveling up — and today’s work with Sheldon is exactly why.
Clean movement, real coaching, no shortcuts. We’re tightening mechanics, refining the basics, and building athletes who can actually perform, not just look good on camera.
Sessions like this are where progress happens: detailed coaching, intentional reps, and standards that don’t slide. This is how you build athletes that last.
Lauren’s been training with Harrison, prepping for her first Jiu-Jitsu tournament. At Quantum Movement, recovery is part of performance—we don’t just fix soreness, we enhance movement.
Here, after manual work, we used myofascial decompression helps release upper back tension, restore glide, and keep Lauren ready to roll, lift, and perform at her peak.
Kellan’s been out for six weeks with a fractured collarbone, but the comeback phase is officially rolling. This workout was pure science and precision: reloading upper-body strength without overload, sharpening speed mechanics, and rebuilding the rhythm he needs as a wide receiver.
The goal now is restoring force production, reintroducing controlled contact demands, and getting his acceleration pattern back so he can return to play with confidence rather than caution. Step by step, stack by stack, he’s earning his way back onto the field.

Mobility isn’t stretching—it’s control, stability, and strength through range.
At Quantum, every session starts with mobility because power without control breaks down fast. It’s what keeps athletes durable, joints healthy, and movement efficient.
Whether you’re lifting, competing, or just living—mobility keeps you moving longer and stronger.
