Please welcome Coach Tommy “The Hammer” Coelho to the Vienna Boxing team. He is a long time veteran of the sport of boxing and a former professional fighter. With many years of coaching experience, he brings a unique style of old school training to our gym and we’re super excited to see what he has in store for us.

Coach Tommy is available for one-on-one training for anyone who wants to learn real authentic boxing in a more individualized setting. We are offering a free 30 minute private coaching session for anyone who wants to try out a session with him.

Vienna Boxing is ready to launch its brand new kids boxing program for ages 7-12! Have your kids learn self defense, discipline and confidence in a structured environment. Beginner friendly. Open to all levels. Class will be held weekly on Fridays at 5pm and 6pm.

OPEN HOUSE: Friday 10/20 from 5pm - 7pm (meet & greet event. No class)

TRIAL CLASSES: Friday 10/27 at 5pm & 6pm (45 minute class)

Please DM or email us (link in bio) to make a reservation for the trial class. The open house is a walk-in event. Participants will need to have their own boxing gloves and hand wraps. We can certainly help guide parents where to purchase gear, just ask!

Vienna Boxing will be offering a 6 week 9:30am boxing class on Mondays & Wednesdays starting from 10/09 - 11/15. Total cost is $109. If you are interested in signing up please DM us or email [email protected] to get started.

No boxing experience required and all levels are welcome. Our focus will be learning the fundamentals and training like a boxer using the heavy bag. You will need boxing gloves and hand wraps. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

This Saturday (09/09) we will have an 11am “Community Boxing” class that anyone is welcome to attend to tryout a boxing workout. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing 🥊 with shadowboxing exercises and then towards the later part of the class you’ll put gloves on to hit the heavy bag. Beginner friendly and anyone of any fitness experience level is welcome to attend.

You will need boxing gloves and hand wraps. We have gloves you can borrow. Hand wraps are available for purchase at $12 per pair.

This Saturday 09/02 we will be hosting two complimentary classes for the community to come check out our gym and experience a Vienna Boxing 🥊 workout.

10:00am “All Levels” class: Gloves and wraps required. Have you done a boxing workout in the past but want to see what we’re like? This is your class. A brief warmup followed by at least 8 rounds on the heavy bag and a cooldown at the end.

11:00am “Foundations” class: No equipment required. Never done a boxing class and have no idea what a 1-2 combination is? This is your class. We will teach you from the ground up on how to box for an effective workout. Mostly shadowboxing with a little cardio in between.

Both classes require a reservation and are limited to 8 participants.

We are finally done ✅ with renovation work and ready to begin classes very soon! We’ll be offering a series of “community” classes starting this Saturday (09/02) so you can experience a Vienna Boxing workout without any upfront commitment just yet. Details to come tomorrow.

Our first open house is this Thursday 08/31 from 4pm - 7pm. Just come on in between those hours and get a tour of the studio. No reservation needed. Great opportunity to have all your questions answered. We will have more open houses throughout September so no worries if you can’t make this one.
