395 RIG has absorbed Shoot The Planet and is now a joint photo venture page. The original Starship (My Old Diesel Rig) has bee replaced by a new RAM 2019 Power Wagon which is nicknamed the '395 RIG' (aka Starship 2.0) because of how often I will be navigating that beautiful Eastern Sierra corridor and showcasing all the amazing images I will be capturing there.

We set off on a great trip into the Tahoe Backcountry Wilderness for a few days and found some beautiful lakes, creeks, and waterfalls along the way. My girlfriend and I took the kiddos along for this venture to do a little hiking, a little fishing, and some cold old camp cooking. One Power Wagon, one lifted Silverado 1500 and 40 miles of off road goodness.🍺🤠👍🏼🌲⛺️🌲

I ordered a set of custom fabricated rock sliders from White Knuckle Off Road six weeks ago and they were finally ready for pick up. These things are beasts! They weigh about 140lbs each and made from .188 DOM rolled steel. Basically, my 7,000lb truck can rest on them without bending. The mounting brackets alone are 1/2” of steel and attach to the actual frame. ---------------------------------------------------

This week, Starship 2.0 will be getting her first upgrade in the form of 35” Nitto Trail Grappler MT’s just like her older sister. Only question was, “Can I fit a 35” spare under the bed?” The answer is “Yes”, but just barely with a 36psi downgrade on the spare.👌🏼😅 ---------------------------------------------------
