Our Free Range Summer Axis Hunts where a great success. Despite dealing with everything Mother Nature had. Starting off with extreme drought to catastrophic floods , that washed Highways , Bridges and access to many properties away. And not to mention having over 4ft of water in our main lodge we persevered through it all and had a great season.

Despite facing some of the most challenging and driest conditions we've ever encountered, we're managing to produce some exceptional birds. Fortunately, the recent Easter rains brought much-needed relief to South Texas, and we hope this signals the end of the drought.

We have not discussed our Free Roaming Waterbuck and Addax Hunts recently, but the time has come to do so. After years of meticulous management, our herds have attained sustainable numbers. Starting with the 2026/2027 Season, we will offer Free Range Waterbuck, Addax, Nilgai, and Whitetail Hunts on the same property. These hunts will be 100% Spot and Stalk, with no hunting in blinds or over feeders. Join us for a unparalleled hunting experience in the wilds of Texas
