A huge thank you to our incredible technicians and my amazing husband for always going above and beyond for Mighty Air Techs and our customers.

HVAC is not an easy trade. It means long days, hot attics, tight spaces, and doing whatever it takes to keep families comfortable. Yet day after day, these men show up ready to serve our community and take pride in doing things the right way.

To our team and to all HVAC technicians out there, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. Your work often goes unseen, but it never goes unappreciated.

Happy Father’s Day to three hardworking dads who help keep Mighty Air Techs running every day! 💙

Today, we want to recognize Matthew, Gunner, and Brian for all they do, both at work and at home.

Being an HVAC technician is not always easy. It means long days, hot attics, missed family time, and doing whatever it takes to take care of customers when they need help most. Yet these guys show up every day, work hard, and still make being great fathers their top priority.

Matthew is not only an owner of Mighty Air Techs, but an incredible dad to our son Milo. Gunner works hard every day to provide for his wife Brooke and their son Harrison. Brian puts in the work day in and day out to provide for Brian Jr., Araceli, and Elia, and we are proud to have watched him grow both as a technician and as a father.

We are thankful for the sacrifices these dads make, the example they set for their children, and the families who support them behind the scenes.

To all the dads out there working hard for their families, we see you, we appreciate you, and we hope you have an amazing Father’s Day!

Thank you to everyone who has been tagging us in posts, recommending us to your friends and family, and trusting Mighty Air Techs with your HVAC needs.

This has been the hottest week of the year so far, and we have seen a significant increase in service calls. Our team is working hard to help as many people as possible, and we are prioritizing customers who are completely without air conditioning to get them taken care of as quickly as we can.

While our schedule has been extremely full, we are still accepting calls and scheduling appointments. If you need service, please give us a call or submit a service request through our website, and we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.

We will also continue offering weekend service, which will be billed at our weekend rates.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this busy season. Just as important as taking care of our customers is taking care of our team. With heat index values reaching well over 130 degrees in some attics, we are making sure our technicians stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and work safely.

We are excited to announce that they have both officially been promoted to HVAC Technicians!

These promotions were not handed out. They were earned through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to show up every day ready to learn and improve. We have watched both of them grow tremendously, and we could not be more proud of what they have accomplished.

When Brian first joined Mighty Air Techs, he had no HVAC experience. He came in eager to learn and has worked incredibly hard to develop his skills. Today, he has become a key part of our team and has truly taken the reins when it comes to installations. Brian will now be overseeing our installations, new construction projects, and system change outs to ensure every job is completed the Mighty way.

Stephen came to us with some experience in the industry, but over the last year he has continued to grow, sharpen his skills, and prove himself time and time again. He has stepped up in a big way and continues to show us just how much he is capable of accomplishing.

Watching our team grow is one of the most rewarding parts of owning a business. These two have put in the work, and we are excited to see what the future holds for them.

With these promotions, we are now looking to add new HVAC Apprentices to the Mighty Air Techs team!

That is how long Brian has been a part of the Mighty Air Techs family. 💙

Two years ago, Brian became our very first employee. Back then, Mighty Air Techs was still in its early stages, and Brian was just getting started in the HVAC industry with no prior experience. What he did have was a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Over the last two years, we have had the privilege of watching him grow from someone completely new to the trade into a technician who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about our customers.

If you know Brian, then you know he is always willing to jump in and help, whether that means crawling through a hot attic, staying late to get a job finished, or doing whatever is needed to take care of the customer and support the team.

As business owners, one of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching people grow, and Brian has been a huge part of our journey. He has helped us through countless installs, service calls, and long days, and we truly would not be where we are today without him.

We are always talking about taking care of our customers and our team. But there is another group of people who play a huge role in helping us do what we do every day… our supply houses. 💙

This week, we wanted to show a little appreciation to the teams at Johnstone Supply, Service Supply, and Insco Distributing, Inc.

These are the people working behind the scenes making sure we have the equipment, parts, and materials we need to keep our customers comfortable. When we need something quickly, they are there. When we have questions, they help find answers. They are a big part of helping us provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.

As a small thank you, we stopped by with pizza and a few goodies for their teams. It is a small gesture compared to everything they do, but we wanted them to know how much we appreciate their hard work and support.

Our industry takes a lot of teamwork. From the technicians in the field to the people behind the counters, everyone plays a role in taking care of our community.

One thing that has always been funny to us in the contractor world is the idea that contractors do not get along with each other.

Today feels a little different.

As business owners, we spend a lot of time talking about hard work, sacrifice, long hours, and building something for our family. But Memorial Day is a reminder that there are people who made sacrifices far greater than we could ever imagine.

Because of them, we get to wake up every day and chase our dreams. We get to build a business together. Raise our son. Support our team. Serve our community. Live freely.

And that is something we never want to take for granted.
