A new concrete look with a little texture design for this barndo. The owners decided to add on to the original build. In doing so, where the old and new porch met, it did not drain properly. There were also some areas of the new build where the concrete finish was not at its best. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
1. Prepped all concrete.
2.Applied a moisture barrier epoxy with dried sand. This works as a flexible membrane between the old and new finish.
3. Filled in with a high polymer cement product to correct drainage in the needed area.
4. Applied tow coats of a high polymer cement product for the new finish.
5. Light sand of the new finish.
6. Two coats of a clear primer sealer
7. One coat of an ultra hard final clear sealer.
