I’m covered in gasoline and was *thisclose* to a multi car accident caused by sandhill cranes, but it’s Tuesday, which means our Find Your Pink Community Walk is tonight!!!! This free walk is every Tuesday evening from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Veteran’s Memorial Island at Riverside Park, Vero Beach. Join us!!!! I promise to be showered and in fresh clothes. 👀🤣 Caitlyn Taylor and I are so excited to see you!

Look at this beauty! I need a “dense bean salad of the week” theme song. This one might be my favorite ever and it was 100% thrown together on the fly with stuff I’ve had in my fridge and pantry a while - last week’s veggies, condiment jars that have been hanging out opened on the fridge door for months etc.

2 cans chickpeas
Grape tomatoes
Cucumbers
Pickled onion
Pickled carrot
Garlic stuffed olives
Cheddar cheese
Salami
A little brine from the olive, carrot and onion jars
Olive oil
Lots of various seasoning

Dump in a huge bowl with lid, mix, refrigerate, enjoy all week.
