At The Daily Paleta we know how important it is to Treat Your Self Well. Whether that's keeping a healthy work-life balance, spending time with friends and family, nourishing your body and mind with delicious food, dancing your b***y off to jump start the morning or whatever that may look like for you.

We are invested in our business, this community and in our neighbors. For us there is no greater reward than the joy that arises and spreads from these moments.

Many of you know me as the Popsicle Artist down at our shop, but this morning I want to briefly share another opportunity to Treat Your Self Well, and invite you to join me Tuesday evenings for a deep rest and recharge.

I am moved to share this practice because of the profound and positive effect it has had in my life, because it is accessible to everyone, and because I've come to believe it is one of the best ways to Treat Your Self Well in today's world (in addition to eating delicious paletas).

It’s a beautiful sultry morning and I had the most wonderful dream last night. I dreamt there was a place, right here in downtown Venice, where everyone was welcome, that had delicious, handmade treats that felt great in my body and didn’t break the bank.

Oh wait! That wasn’t a dream at all! The Daily Paleta is real and ready for you, with a full menu of delectable paletas for your enjoyment.

Hey Paleta Friends, we're doing something really fun tomorrow and you're invited!

The Annual Junior Ranger's Jamboree happens tomorrow, Saturday the 16th, at Myakka State Park, and The Daily Paleta will be there with a special selection of fan-favorite paletas to keep you cool and refreshed.

If you enjoy nature, games, food, fun and music, there's no better place to spend a Saturday. Come enjoy the day and let's Jamboree!!!

The annual Junior Ranger Jamboree is almost here!

Open to all ages, the Jamboree makes it easy to become a Junior Ranger in one park visit. We will have music, snacks and so much fun as you visit the various tents, learn and experience a variety of activities, and then - EARN YOUR BADGE.
