What does a Realtor actually do on Monday morning?
For me, Monday starts with reviewing every active listing and looking at what the market is actually telling us. Showing activity, Buyer feedback, online traffic, New competition, pending sales, price changes, Sellers deserve more than having their own placed in the MLS. They deserve to know how their Property is performing and what are we doing about it.
