Bar area is fine and staged.

Still finishing lots of small items to make it even better. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have curtains now.

Without a doubt we went over budget when it came to trim. I have never put this much custom trim into projects before. But… It looks absolutely fantastic. Here is a front picture of the island. More pictures of the final island tomorrow.

Finishing up the kitchen items here you can see the microwave with a custom top that we had to finish out above it. Colors of the cabinets with a two-tone Melanie picked and if you look to the right side of the stove, you can see the backsplash we will be putting on next week.

Nearing the end finely. Realtor will be over later today to get some pics and hope to be listed by beginning of next week. Here is the hall with doors and trim installed. We will have some kitchen pics later today for all to see.
