Come and join me at Stillpoint for a four part yoga series this weekend (4/24-4/27).

Four classes. Four days. Built to actually make you feel good.

We start in the body’s foundation (legs, hips, feet) and work our way up through the core, the upper back, the shoulders, and then we integrate and play.

Friday 11am / Saturday 10am / Sunday 9:30am / Monday 12pm at Stillpoint.

If you’re new to the studio, $60 gets you unlimited classes all month  — including this series!

Not a lot of progress on this weaving… but bought new pants and feeling good about it 🧡

The desert always makes me feel at home. Coming from a PNW girl, this comes as a surprise to me sometimes. Maybes it’s because my ancestors homesteaded in the Southwest. Or maybe it’s because of the bunnies and sunrises. 📷:

The Point Robinson Lighthouse is a 30-minute walk from my house and I visit 2-3 times a week. It’s becoming like an old friend who’s always there when I need it. Mount Rainier, on the other hand, only comes out on special occasions. Excited to share this in person . Prints available on my site - link in bio ⭐️
