Yesterday we did a long rowing and running workout, then held a surprise medal ceremony for Coach Lisa. She got first in her weight class, but also gets first for having the loudest coaching voice and the softest heart. The most strict on technique, and also the most supportive and encouraging for the person.

Cheers 🥂 to a wonderful coach and friend.

Big shout-outs to all who showed up for the surprise party, you guys are awesome.

On Thursday last week, Lisa competed in the USAW Masters National Championships. She went 6/6 with her lifts, and took home GOLD in her weight class!
