For our June Sip & Sew, I wanted to open up the experience to our community. Bring an item to mend and we will have hand-sewing supplies and instruction on hand.

If you would like to learn Sashiko mending technique, we will have Sashiko kits for sale.
The kit includes a Sashiko needle, floss, templates, and a glass of wine or NA beverage.

Using basic geometric shapes, students will use their own measurements to cut and construct a stylish and contemporary tunic-style dress.

Included with your class fee is a copy of Cris Wood’s new book, “It Starts with a Square”. This class is great for beginners and experienced sewists alike. Ages 13-adult.
