We’re underway at our newest project on Southeast Morrison in Portland—a six-unit residential development currently progressing through insulation, exterior siding, and utility trenching.

As the build moves into the next phase, the project is beginning to take shape both inside and out. Developments like this reflect Aker’s continued focus on efficient urban infill, thoughtful layouts, and disciplined ex*****on from the ground up.
