They say January lasts ten years… but at DE, it felt more like ten minutes.

Our team kicked off 2026 at full speed: On the ground at events from New York to Amsterdam, setting our personal and professional SMART goals, and grounding ourselves in the intentions that will shape our year ✨

Our DE leaders also met in person to align on what’s ahead, squeeze in a little friendly NERTZ competition, and even get a snowy snowshoe in. Being together gave us the space to reset, reconnect, and gain something we all crave this time of year: clarity.

The kind of clarity that feels like wiping fog off a window… suddenly the path forward looks sharp, bright, and energizing.
