Notice to the Public: 179th Street – Road Closure Notice

Nutter Corporation will begin construction on a new sewer main at 179th Street and 29th Ave in Ridgefield. A full closure of 179th Street will be required to accomplish this work. 179th Street will be close to thru traffic from 29th Avenue to 50th Avenue starting on June 21st, 2024 and ending on October 19th, 2024. Local Traffic and Emergency Vehicles will retain access. The detour route is as follows: Eastbound traffic will need to travel North from 29th Avenue to 199th Street and Westbound traffic will need to travel North on 50th Avenue to 199th Street.

🎉 Farewell, but not goodbye! 🌟

After years of dedicated service, it's time to bid adieu to our incredible HR manager, Brenda. Retirement has finally arrived, and Brenda's heart is filled with mixed emotions. Her love for this job has always been unwavering, yet navigating through changes hasn't always been easy. As she embarks on this new chapter, she'll undoubtedly miss the cherished moments and amazing people she's met along the way.

However, Brenda's retirement isn't about endings—it's about embracing new beginnings. With anticipation, she eagerly awaits the precious moments she'll share with her beloved husband John, her wonderful children, delightful grandkids, four-legged companions, and cherished friends. They will be at the heart of her new normal.

But that's not all! Brenda has exciting plans in the works. Currently, she's involved in the creation of a multi-generational home in beautiful East Vancouver, partnering with her son, Mike, and his family. This haven will become a hub for joyous gatherings and unforgettable memories. Furthermore, Brenda hopes to indulge in her passion for travel whenever opportunities arise.

As we celebrate Brenda's remarkable career, let's raise our glasses and toast to her well-deserved retirement. Thank you, Brenda, for your dedication, leadership, and the positive impact you've made on our lives. May this new chapter be filled with laughter, love, and boundless adventures! 🥂✨

Evan Liddle is our Grade Control Manager here at Nutter. He ensures that our jobs are being cut to the correct grade, as well as supporting our crews. Outside of work Evan enjoys many hobbies. He enjoys skiing with his wife, traveling, water sports and mountain biking. There is never a dull moment in the Liddle house between camping, concerts and traveling.
