🧹 Standard Turnover Clean (Base Fee)

Includes: General tidying, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, wiping counters, sanitizing bathrooms, emptying trash, changing linens.

Studio/1 Bedroom: $80 – $120

2 Bedrooms: $110 – $150

3+ Bedrooms: $150+

🧼 Deep Clean / Turnover Reset

Full top-to-bottom scrub between long bookings (including walls, furniture wiping, grout scrubbing, vents, etc.): $200 – $350+ depending on size.

Prices vary by location, property size, and level of soiling.

These add-ons can be combined or scheduled as needed.

Emergency / same-day cleanings can be surcharged (e.g., +$30–$50).

I began my cleaning career as a hotel housekeeper and worked my way up to Housekeeping Manager, a role I held for three years. Afterward, I joined Molly Maid, where I gained valuable experience during my two years there.

For the last three years, I’ve focused on private contracted cleans—short-term rental turnovers, move-in/move-out cleans, and cleanliness inspections. A year ago, I decided to take that experience and passion to launch my own business: Rogue Cleaners.

While we began with residential cleans, my true specialty is Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleaning. Quick, thorough, and reliable service is at the heart of what I do.
