One last look at 2024 before we officially get back into the swing of things. It was a year of growth, learning, and incredible team work.

We leveled up our skills and worked along side the most talented contractors and partners. So to everyone who’s been a part of our 2024 story, thank you for bringing your expertise, dedication, and energy to everything we did together.

Introducing our new pre apprenticeship program! Skip regular school all together and become a journey kid by the time you’re 10! Just kidding…. The kids wish that statement was true but I guess they need to learn how to read and write also. But they can help dad on a bathroom remodel. Way to go Maverick!

Big shoutout to these guys who just crushed a 16-week leadership program with Mavix Coaching! They spent their evenings leveling up on tough talks, self-awareness, and team leadership. All while still showing up for the long days in the field.
We strive to always be learning and these 20 guys just took it to a whole new level. Can’t wait to see how they shake things up out there!

Last Friday was our Piper picnic and to say it was a ball is an understatement. Shaved ice, face painting, volleyball tournaments, and coloring T-shirts for the kids were just the start of it. This one is going to be hard to top. 😎🍧 now back to work!

This school is one of our biggest projects and is an all hands on deck type of deal, even the project managers are out there getting dirty. Everyone is putting in long hot hours to make sure that the revamp of the HVAC and plumbing is completed by the start of the school year. We couldn’t do what we do without the awesome team we have.

Our Alaskan fishing trip lines up perfectly with . We have yet another sick trip to add to the collection. Major thanks Tonight we feast like kings 🎣👑
