After 5 Years at Keller Williams, I have decided to make the move to Compass!

Need help! So my Google profile is showing I’m permanently closed. This has been an issue for a couple months now. I have two profiles, this one isn’t correct, I’ve tried to regain access to my profile and whoever is holding it won’t give it back to me. The email starts with a DaX # # # # # .com and somehow they claimed both of them. I’ve been around and around with Google and I am kind of at a loss, I have suggested edits etc, nothing changes. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had a couple of my clients call me and ask me if I am practicing Realestate anymore cause they saw this……. and I really do believe this is hurting me. Has anyone dealt with this?
